AI service

Quadra One is an AI service owned by Longogi. Answers may be inaccurate; review important outputs. Product modes describe the service experience and are not proprietary foundation models.

Scope and responsibility

Use only content you are entitled to provide. Do not use the service to violate law or others’ rights, distribute malware or bypass security. Local computer actions require a supported app and explicit approval on the device. An AI plan is not proof that an external action occurred.

Plans and payment

Starter: €9.99 per month; Plus: €19.99 per month. Total prices include applicable taxes. Included quotas are shown before purchase and reset at the beginning of the paid period; unused quotas do not carry over. This is not unlimited access. Daily, file-size, safety and availability limits also apply. PayPal renews automatically every month until cancellation; bank transfer covers one month without automatic renewal. Access starts only after a verified payment. A payment screenshot is not proof of credit.

Cancellation

Request cancellation of the PayPal renewal in Settings before the next charge and check provider confirmation. Already paid access remains until its expiry. If cancellation fails, contact support without delay; statutory rights remain. Bank transfers have no automatic debit. Changing plans is available after the current paid period ends.

Withdrawal, refunds and service problems

Consumers may exercise their withdrawal right within 14 days of the initial service contract, without giving a reason, through Settings or by emailing assistenza@lnggroup.it with account email and order reference. The request for immediate activation does not by itself waive this right. Launch policy: refund the initial payment in full for withdrawal within those 14 days, within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method where possible. Cancellation of renewal is a separate action. Statutory remedies for defective or unavailable services remain. A recorded request is not confirmation of an executed refund.

Assistance and tax documents

For complaints, refunds, access problems and tax-document requests contact assistenza@lnggroup.it. Order summaries are not tax invoices. The operator manages the required tax documents separately. These conditions do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Accounts and changes

Keep access credentials private. You can export and delete your data. Material policy changes require a new recorded acceptance where necessary. The service is reserved for people aged 18 or older. Registration requires an adult self-declaration; date of birth and identity documents are not requested for this check.
